Corporate events, Team Building, Outdoor "shows, such as our Art, Mineral and Rock, car club  & special interest shows obviously take a great deal of coordinating lots of moving parts and extensive planning.

But what about that Christening celebration? The wedding reception or birthday party? Just because you don't have hundreds on the invite list doesn't mean it can't be  memorable as well.

Private parties in Big Bear have few options.

Hold them at home. There comes a time when that simply is no longer an option. Often our outdoor spaces such as the forest or even our parks aren't the answer either.

Hotels usually require you use their food service to use a meeting room'

The Elks lodge has a wonderful meeting room but again, its their kitchen/bar and many find it just too big for a family's gathering.

The convention center is more flexible - but again a huge space.

And for any of those venues we can again coordinate every step of your event.

The Masonic Lodge offers a more intimate setting and lots of options for "parties" and quite candidly is our preferred option.
